When to choose it

Choose the 2004 when the project calls for a half-inch curve and the router has a quarter-inch collet. The same shank size is available on smaller roundovers such as the 2000C if the edge needs a subtler profile.

Check the cutter’s 1-1/2-inch body clearance before use. A quarter-inch collet match alone leaves the clearance and setup limits to verify.
