Whiteside 2008 3/8-inch roundover bit

1/2 in

The bearing sits above a curved cutter profile on a broad half-inch shank.

When to choose it

The 2008 suits a 3/8-inch curved edge on a router with a half-inch collet. It gives a smaller radius than the 2010, useful when the edge should keep more of its flat face.

Check the finished radius against a sample and use the 1-1/4-inch tool diameter for clearance. The 2003 is a model to compare if you need a 3/8-inch radius on a quarter-inch shank.
